NEWS: TORRIDGE AND DISTRICT MCC RAISE £824

TORRIDGE & DISTRICT MOTORCYCLE CLUB RAISE A WHOPPING £824

A MASSIVE thank you to Torridge & District Motorcycle Club for their amazing fundraising efforts on behalf of us here at the Livewell Foundation!

Their Rene Pearce charity trial raised over £820 for vital patient and family services.

The club selected the Livewell Foundation as their charity to raise funds for, following the excellent care received by one of their club members at the Mount Gould Hospital.

The fantastic amount was raised via entry fees and donations on the day.

Livewell Foundation chairman, Craig Hampton-Stone, received the cheque at a recent presentation.  He said: 'It was a pleasure to receive this wonderful cheque and meet members of the fantastic Torridge and District Motorcycle club - what lovely people.  On behalf of the board of the Livewell Foundation, we are extremely grateful to them for all their hardwork, compassion and generosity and for raising such a great amount.'
